TATLER SAYS
Dimly lit, dramatically moody modern interiors with a stunning seafood station showcasing the daily catch from Sai Kung, a dynamic open kitchen on one side, and dizzying views of Victoria Harbour on the other. “Legacy” pays homage to the Cheng family’s Shunde roots, with a select page of Shunde classics such as fish noodles and Daliang wok-fried milk. The rest of the menu offers pan-Chinese with the likes of Peking duck, Shanghainese dumplings and Sichuan-inspired starters.
