TATLER SAYS

This Central coffee shop and wine bar has become the unofficial canteen of Hong Kong's vibrant F&B community; so common is the sight of a chef or mixologist from a neighbouring restaurant unwinding over a glass of natural wine and a plate of boquerones. Josh and Caleb Ng have created something very special indeed—Interval has grown in strength over the years, offering a solid beverage programme and inventive small plates for all hours of the day.
