COPA STEAKHOUSE

-

Perched above the gaming room of the Sands Macau, Copa welcomes dining guests with a bar area and sofas, ideal for waiting to be seated. The dimly lit dining area situated behind the bar is comprised of booths on the sides of the room and smaller tables in the middle able to accommodate four people each. The restaurant features an open kitchen, which provides a bit of entertainment while not affecting the overall noise level of the room. Request to be seated at one of the few booths available for a cosier environment. While deciding on your order, a warm bread basket will be brought to your table to whet the appetite. The variety of meat and seafood on the menu is what you should expect from an American-style steakhouse, and our steaks were served cooked as requested.

The pan-fried lump crab cake is a generous medallion that’s filled with crabmeat and a great dish to start dinner with. Great service rounds up the enjoyable dinner experience. End your dinner with a melting chocolate lava cake, should you still have stomach space. The wine selection, however, is quite limited.
