The success of Beef & Liberty, a popular brand originating from Shanghai, is down to their objective of spreading the joy of a good burger with topnotch side dishes and drinks— all coming together to form a wonderful modern American diner experience. Guests are welcomed into the expansive dining area, lined with floor-toceiling windows, warm lighting, and an upbeat playlist that enhances its energetic vibe. Burgers play a central role in the Beef & Liberty menu, with creative signature snacks that innovate from the original, with a recent addition to increase in the establishment’s vegetarian options (including the Impossible burger) fitting for guests with dietary restrictions. The bacon cheeseburger is an upgrade from the original, with the additional caramelised onions lending their sweetness to mellow out the richness of raclette cheese, the burger patty and Dingley Dell English bacon. The wine list may be limited but craft beers come highly recommended, as are shakes made with ice cream as well as a handful of grown-up shakes with liquors added. Service is quick and attentive, and staff are keen to give sound suggestions and food recommendations.
