Ac­com­mo­da­tion Times’ 1st North Cen­tral Real Es­tate Awards achieved an enor­mous suc­cess in Delhi

Tak­ing Ac­com­mo­da­tion Times tra­di­tion a step ahead, we had or­gan­ised our first ever 1st North Cen­tral Real Es­tate Awards at our Na­tional cap­i­tal Delhi. The awards cer­e­mony was held on 7th Novem­ber 2014, at Con­sti­tu­tion Club, New Delhi, where we wit­nessed a enor­mous suc­cess, the event saw the pres­ence of top real es­tate-pro­fes­sion­als and as­so­ci­a­tions, more than 200 peo­ple were present at the event, which in­cluded pro­fes­sion­als from real es­tate com­pa­nies, de­vel­op­ers, realestate con­sul­tancy firms, bro­kers, in­vestors, fi­nancers, etc. Since 29 years Ac­com­mo­da­tion Times is or­gan­is­ing Na­tional Real Es­tate Awards in Mumbai, where the pub­li­ca­tion recog­nises the ef­forts of var­i­ous de­vel­op­ers in Mumbai Met­ro­pol­i­tan Re­gion, who are ex­celled in their field. This time reached Delhi to fe­lic­i­tate the real es­tate-pro­fes­sion­als of the city and we re­ceived an ex­cel­lent re­sponse and ap­proach. The open­ing speech was de­liv­ered by Shri Mu­rari Cah­turvedi, Ed­i­tor Ac­com­mo­da­tion Times, He ap­praised the au­gust guests and es­corted them. He praised the gath­er­ing and de­liv­ered his views on the cur­rent sta­tus of Delhi realty in­dus­try and his views on “Hous­ing & In­fra­struc­ture Need: Op­por­tu­ni­ties and Chal­lenges” the sym­po­sium of the evening. The func­tion had renowned per­son­al­i­ties on the dais like our Chief Guest Shri Dr. R C Sinha, (Retd. IAS), Prin­ci­pal Ad­vi­sor, Min­istry of Road Trans­port & High­ways Min­istry of Shipping, our Guest of Hon­our Shri D R Do­gra, CMD, Care Rat­ings, our Hon­ourable Speak­ers Shri Samir Chopra, Chair­man & Founder, RE/MAX In­dia and Shri Deepesh Kanakia, from Kanakia Group. The dis­tin­guished guests shared their wide knowl­edge on sym­po­sium on “Hous­ing & In­fra­struc­ture Need: Op­por­tu­ni­ties and Chal­lenges” an in­tense topic, which is needed to be fo­cused for the fu­ture de­vel­op­ments to be car­ried in hous­ing sec­tor and in­fra­struc­ture of the city. They shared their per­spec­tive views and sug­ges­tions for the de­vel­op­ment and growth of hous­ing and in­fra­struc­ture in the cap­i­tal. Sug­ges­tions were given for the so­lu­tions of ris­ing in­ven­to­ries, in­creas­ing prop­erty rates and deem sup­ply of hous­ing. Later the evening was fol­lowed by the glo­ri­ous awards cer­e­mony where the de­serv­ing pro­fes­sion­als and com­pa­nies from realty in­dus­try were re­warded for the var­i­ous cat­e­gories in which they worked and gained suc­cess. There were 6 cat­e­gories which were been awarded. The first award of the evening was Best Real Es­tate Ser­vice Provider of the Year, Dr. R C Sinha pre­sented the award to Shri Su­nil Nay­yar, MD, Su­nil Nay­yar Con­sul­tants Pvt. Ltd. The sec­ond award of the evening was Best Real Es­tate Por­tal of the Year, the award was begged by 99 acres. com Shri Ar­pit Mishra, VP, Na­tional Head, re­ceived award from Dr. R C Sinha. The next award was for fe­lic­i­tat­ing the Best Business Prac­tice of The Year, the award was con­ferred to the RE/MAX In­dia, Dr. R C Sinha pre­sented the award to Shri Samir Chopra, Chair­man of the company. Best Res­i­den­tial Project of the Year award was won by Gaur Ya­muna City, a project by Gour­sons In­dia Ltd., Shri Ji­ten­dra Singh, Pres­i­dent re­ceived the award from Dr. R C Sinha. Best Mass Hous­ing Project of the Year award was won by Co­ral Ari­hant Heights, a project by Co­ral Group, Dr. R C Sinha pre­sented the award to company’s CEO Shri Giri­raj Daga. The last award of the evening was for the Best Cor­po­rate Gov­er­nance of the Year, which was won by Kanakia Group, Shri Dipesh Kanakia re­ceived the award from Shri R C Sinha.
