1 PANERAI Each of the 88 watches of the Lu­mi­nor 1950 Sealand spe­cial edi­tion has been hand-adorned by Ital­ian master en­gravers us­ing the “sparsello” an­cient tech­nique. 2 CHOPARD The 88-piece limited se­ries L.U.C XP Urushi watch de­picts an Asian ‘Akita’ dog in a lush nat­u­ral set­ting dot­ted with wild orchids. The mo­tif is ex­e­cuted by urushi grand master Mi­nori Koizumi.

3 PIAGET For the limited edi­tion Alti­plano Chi­nese Zo­diac time­piece, world-renowned master enam­eller Anita Porchet plays with tones of black and white us­ing the cloi­sonné enam­elling tech­nique to give the dog its life-like glistening coat of fur. 4 ULYSSE NARDIN The Clas­sico Dog watch in 18-karat rose gold com­bines the cen­turies-old enam­elling meth­ods of grand feu and cham­plevé to de­pict the happy an­i­mal frol­ick­ing in the great out­doors. 5 VACHERON CONSTANTIN A dog made of plat­inum is hand-en­graved and del­i­cately ap­plied to the dial of the Métiers d’Art The leg­end of the Chi­nese zo­diac watch.
