Adorn - - OFF THE SHELF -

Tara, founded by creative head Bharathi Raviprakash, is an ideal go-to choice for the 21st century woman. The two new collections unveiled recently, Mulino and Dali, are de ned by contemporary artistry. The Mulino collection is inspired by the scenic landscapes of Tuscany and Umbria, the old windmills, the skies bathed with rays of the setting sun. These distinct and intricate geometric designs, worked in 18-karat yellow and rose gold, evoke the feeling of watching the windmills casting their long shadows on the hills in the region.

The Dali collection suggests a different mood board. Surrealist and whimsical, the collection is in uenced by artist Salvador Dal . The collection introduces a new material, Corian, a surface material, that adds volume to the pieces. The ingenious Corian setting along with Burmese rubies and multi-coloured sapphires, make for an eye-catching visual treat.
