Soch to In­tro­duce End­less Aisle Shop­ping Tech­nol­ogy

Eth­nic wear brand Soch is set to in­tro­duce end­less aisles at its stores for its shop­pers. The brand al­ready had the tech­nol­ogy avail­able for its staff. This sys­tem will be han­dled by Arvind, the firm which is re­spon­si­ble for Soch’s omni-chan­nel strate­gies.

End­less aisles are in-store kiosks which al­low cus­tomers to browse and or­der prod­ucts which may not be avail­able in the phys­i­cal out­lets. It will help cus­tomers to check if the prod­uct they are look­ing for is avail­able in stores be­fore head­ing there. The ben­e­fits of an end­less aisle in­clude a wider prod­uct range, easy se­lec­tion and faster ser­vices with­out a sales as­so­ciate’s as­sis­tance. It helps the busi­ness avoid los­ing a cus­tomer due to the un­avail­abil­ity of a de­sired prod­uct.
