Ethnic wear brand Soch is set to introduce endless aisles at its stores for its shoppers. The brand already had the technology available for its staff. This system will be handled by Arvind, the firm which is responsible for Soch’s omni-channel strategies.
Endless aisles are in-store kiosks which allow customers to browse and order products which may not be available in the physical outlets. It will help customers to check if the product they are looking for is available in stores before heading there. The benefits of an endless aisle include a wider product range, easy selection and faster services without a sales associate’s assistance.
