Eth­nix, the brand by Ray­mond, will soon have 15 stand­alone re­tail out­lets all over In­dia. As of now, Eth­nix re­tails from 40 Ray­mond ex­clu­sive brand out­lets, 5 large for­mat stores, 360 multi-brand out­lets, and on Ray­mond’s e-com­merce store.

Eth­nix is a youth-cen­tred tra­di­tional wear brand that caters to cus­tomers aged 25 to 35. The brand pro­duces a wide range of eth­nic wear in­clud­ing kur­tas, sher­wa­nis, bundis and band­hgalas. The brand also uses a num­ber of hand­loom tex­tiles in its de­signs in­clud­ing ikat and kalamkari weaves. Along with ex­pand­ing its re­tail pres­ence, Eth­nix is work­ing on de­vel­op­ing new fab­rics and look­ing to the in­ter­na­tional fash­ion scene for em­broi­dery and colour in­spi­ra­tion in or­der to ap­peal to its youth­ful au­di­ence. The Ray­mond Group is ver­ti­cally and hor­i­zon­tally in­te­grated to pro­vide cus­tomers to­tal tex­tile so­lu­tions and has a di­verse prod­uct range of nearly 20,000 va­ri­eties of worsted suit­ings to cater to cus­tomers across age groups, oc­ca­sions and styles.

The group, which was in­cor­po­rated in 1925, has fab­ric and ap­parel brands. It is present in 55 coun­tries and sup­plies fab­rics to lead­ing gar­ment man­u­fac­tur­ers in the US, Europe and Ja­pan. Now the fab­rics and gar­ments firm will strengthen its brand pres­ence in the Mid­dle East and South Asia as well.
