EtreLuxe, has recently launched Hector bookcase by Molteni & C designed by Vincent Van Duysen. The bookcase is a modular unit designed to achieve light and airy compositions of any length or height, as it is fixed upright between the floor and the ceiling. So it can also be used as a partition creating sub- divisions within spaces. Its load- bearing element, made of painted or wood- panelled extruded aluminum, is its core. It can extend up to a height of 315cm, and the position of the uprights is off- set from each other to create an interesting visual effect.

“At a time when offices are increasingly becoming domestic and vice versa, the Hector bookcase lends itself perfectly to multifunctional settings, especially as a smart working space. Its ability to function as a room divider enables users to create a proper workspace within their own homes,” said Vincent Van Duysen.

EtreLuxe has also unveiled the new Ratio kitchen by Dada. Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the Ratio kitchen showcases a unique architectural flair. It has been enriched with new modularity and materials. Metal grids act as base for floor units, wall units, columns, hoods and accessories. It features slatted doors and internal lighting which integrates the handles with profiles of the same thickness resulting in a decorative frame that gives rhythm to its structure. It employs refined woods such as Thermo Oak and sophisticated natural stones like the new Breccia Capraia.

The full height doors and wall units are equipped with the patented Sistema 7 mechanism– an ingenious opening mechanism used in the Molteni & C Gliss Master system. This allows the doors with single or double opening direction to completely blend into the surrounding furnishings.
