BESPOKE BAR COUNTER

Mangrove Collective, a design and build team led by designers for designers, has unveiled an exquisite Jenga- inspired Brass bar custom- designed for a private farmhouse on the outskirts of Delhi. A light grey concrete structure forms the counter’s base, while the bar framework appears suspended in mid- air as a geometric art installation. The composition is made up of seemingly random squares cleverly composed, making the frame feel light and straightforward. While the front- view appears minimal, the counter’s sides reveal the frame’s intricacy with the interplay of solids and voids, resulting in a harmonious balance of form. The golden sheen of brass accents and the matte finish of the concrete frame give the piece an understated appeal.
