GREEN PEA TIKKI WITH SPICED YOGURT CENTRE & TAMARIND CHUTNEY

• 150gms green peas

• 30gms mashed potato

• 40gms hung curd

• 20ml ghee

• 5gms chopped green chilli

• 2gms ginger

• 2gms yellow chilli powder

• 2gms chaat masala

• 40gms roasted chana powder

• 5gms salt

• 2gms heeng

• 40gms mint chutney

• 30gms tamarind chutney

• Boil the green peas and crush them with a masher.

• Add the ghee to a kadhai and then add the chopped chilli and ginger.

• Then add the crushed green peas and cook till dry .

• Add heeng to the pan

• Then the yellow chilli powder and salt.

• Remove from flame and add half the roasted chana powder and mashed potato.

• Form patties with the firm mixture.

• Add some salt and yellow chili powder to the hung curd to make a nice stuffing.

• Fill the patty with hung curd and roll in the rest of the chana powder.

• Cook in ghee over a medium flame.

• Serve hot with coriander and tamarind chutney.
