PEA SMOOTHIE

- Asha Rawat Junior Sous Chef Vivanta Dwarka, New Delhi

• 100gms green peas

• 7–8 mint leaves

• 100ml curd

• 5gms shredded ginger

• 4–5gms cumin powder

• Salt to taste

• Blanch and strain the green peas.

• Put them in a mixer-grinder.

• Add the mint leaves, cumin powder, ginger and salt.

• Grind to a smooth paste.

• Add curd to the paste.
