In con­tin­u­a­tion of Di­a­betes Aware­ness, Preven­tion & Well­ness Pro­grams, ASSOCHAMFoun­da­tion For Cor­por~e ~~.cial ,I, ,. Re­spon­si­bil­ity (AFCSR) un­der the aegis and lead­er­ship of The As­so­ci­ated Cham­bers of Com­merce & In­dus­trf .In ia (AS­SOCHAM) with the sup­port of our es­teemed mem­ber, ITCare or­ga­niz­ing Free Di­a­betes Health Camps across Delhi to cover max­i­mum num­ber of ben­e­fi­cia­ries.

Be­fore orgamzmg the Camp, our of­fi­cers ap­proached ev­ery house­hold and cov­ered al­most all the res­i­dents with an ob­jec­tive to spread in­for­ma­tion and aware­ness among the peo­ple about Camp ac­tiv­i­ties through dis­tri­bu­tion of Di­a­betes IEC ma­te­ri­als Also, bulk mail­ing and mes­sages through So­cial me­dia were cir­cu­lated by RWA of­fi­cers­for spread­ing aware­ness re­gard­ing Camp. Dur­ing the month of March, 1i Cam1M' were or­ga­nized across Delhi. Dur­ing th­ese camps, our field of­fi­cers vis­ited about 11,400 house­holds, cov­er­ing al­most 45,600 per­sons. About 1,970 per­sons vis­ited in th­ese camps, around 1,536 reg­is­tered and tested Ran­dom Blood Sugar (RBS) dur­ing th­ese camps and 1,169per­sons un­der­went HBA1C test­ing. About 1,222 vis­i­tors of all age groups watched the street play (nukkad natak).

Vis­i­tors reg­is­tered their valu­able feed­back and highly ap­pre­ci­ated the ef­forts done by all un­der the flag­ship of ASSOCHAMand its es­teemed mem­bers.

Other medi­ums such as ban­ners, Standees, etc were placed at dif­fer­ent vi­tal strate­gic lo­ca­tions to spread out in­for­ma­tion and aware­ness re­gard­ing Di­a­betes Camp and its var­i­ous ac­tiv­i­ties.

All the mem­bers, res­i­dents along with their friends, rel­a­tives and near and dear ones were cor­dially in­vited to un­dergo for a com­pre­hen­sive check- up which in­clude BMI, coun­sel­ing, diet plan, di­a­betes man­age­ment, etc in Di­a­betes Health Camp. Also, or­ga­nized the street play (Nukkad Natak) to spread out the mes­sage more ef­fec­tively and widely.
