The South of­fice in Seoul was jointly in­agu­rated by Mr. D. S. Rawat, Sec­re­tary Gen­eral, AS­SOCHAM and Mr. Ab­hishek Sri­vas­tava, Chair­man, AS­SOCHAM Korea Chap­ter and CEO, IMMAC Global. Rep­re­sen­ta­tives £rom Govern­ment of 'South Korea, In­dian Mis­sion, in­dus­try rep­re­sen­ta­tives from South Korea.

In­dia has a good trade re­la­tion­ship with South Korea. Our to­tal trade stands at 16.8 bn US$ with ex­ports ac­count­ing for 4.24 bil­lion US$. The po­ten­tial sec­tors of co­op­er­a­tion be­tween In­dia and South Korea are Au­to­mo­bile parts, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tion equip­ment, pe­tro­leum re­fined prod­ucts, ac­ces­sories of mo­tor ve­hi­cle, min­eral fu­els, iron and steel, precious met­als, etc.

Look­ing at the un­tapped po­ten­tial be­tween the two coun tries, we en­cour­age AS­SOCHAM Mem­bers to ex­plore busi­ness op­por­tu­ni­ties in South Korea. We wel­come our mem­bers who re­quire any as­sis­tance. TheSouth Kore­aof­fice shall be more than happy to as­sist the ASSOCHAMMem­bers.
