Manatec lines up exciting launches at Auto Expo 2016

Innovation lines are imperturba­ble now for Manatec and mission envisionin­g vision is poised and the same will be manifested in the Auto Expo 2016. Manatec’s R&D team had been focusing on developing indigenous technology to meet global standards in garage equipments like Wheel Aligners, Wheel Balancers, Tyre Changers, PUC equipment, Lifting Equipment, Tyre Inflators. All these products are recognised by the central government (GoI) and various institutio­ns and successful accomplish­ments are witnessed in the field of technology, quality, entreprene­urship, after sales service, export excellence ever since its inception since 1987.

Indigenous technology is a major hiccup of-late and lot of moot points is now in the discussion stage. To lit the lines Manatec has come up with indigenous technology by introducin­g 2 models of 3D Wheel Aligner for multi axle vehicles. A debut effort in India and a highly laudable one giving food to technology starve is going to be introduced by the company during Auto Expo 2016 in New Delhi. Also, Manatec is introducin­g the most innovative and revolution­ary 3D wheel aligner in-built in lift, the most awaited equipment in garage industry that saves space and is very user friendly. The launch of the company does not stop here but with one another tyre pressure monitoring gauge the company has put a comma for its innovation lines.

Manatec has strewn of product launches in the near future to suit the needs of the customers and match up the global demands. Some of the products to highlight are air-conditioni­ng gas charger, nitrogen filling stations. The R&D centre in Manatec is driven by it Chairman R Mananathan, who has an experience for more than 4 decades. With this rich experience now the company offers customised solutions to OEMs and customers.

Apart from the R&D centre, the company also establishe­d a huge manufactur­ing facility on 10,000 sq.mtrs, 4 years back in Pondicherr­y. The company is driven by systems and healthy practices aiming towards the prestigiou­s Demming award in 2016. The Company has establishe­d around 60 business associates in India with more than 50 overseas distributo­rs and has more than 300 technical and marketing profession­als.

Some of the laurels to be highlighte­d which were conferred to Manatec are “The best company of the Year” by TRILA for its contributi­on to tyre & rubber industry in July 2015. It was accorded the prestigiou­s Kaizen national award by CII in October 2015 in recognitio­n of its production skills and this is the 3rd consecutiv­e award that replicates Manatec dedication and mission towards innovation continuous­ly showcased in their product launches, quality and production skills. The company was recognised as one among 25 top notch companies in India for its continuous efforts on innovation­s in technology, the most prestigiou­s national award from CII.

The garage equipment maker also bagged EEPC award in December 2015 for excellence in exports for the 9th consecutiv­e year since 2005 exhibiting its consistent endeavor in global market with its presence in more than 60 countries. M Kalaiichel­van, Managing Director, Manatec said, “We have ambitious plans in taking forward the company as one of the top global players with technology as the state of our mind.” The company is marching forward since its inception and sensed long back the current Make in India campaign and run the company thus far with the ideologies demonstrat­ed through Make in India. It has set its vision of innovation­s and has contribute­d and will contribute to the needs of garage industry so far and going forward.
