MRF has emerged as No.1 in customer satisfaction in the inaugural J.D. Power 2018 India Tractor Tyre Satisfaction Index (TTSI) Study.

MRF performs strongly across all four Tyre Performance-related factors measured in the study, viz. Tyre Durability, Traction/ Handling, Ride Quality and Appearance. The highest lead over the industry is in Tyre Durability, which is also the factor rated highest in importance in measuring overall satisfaction.

This recognition highlights MRF’s position in the Indian Market as the most preferred farm tyre brand among the tractor owners, and as the ‘ Kisan ka Dost’. And it is a testimony to the value proposition which MRF’s products offer to the customer.

The study also finds that satisfaction with tyres is higher when customers personally choose the original brand of tyres installed on their new tractors, compared to when customers are not involved in choosing the brand.

Recognising this, MRF offers the widest range and choice of tyres to OEMs from its farm portfolio which caters to the entire spectrum of tractor models being made in India. MRF also sells tyres in the aftermarket through its dealers.
