CALLED THE baby Aston by enthusiasts, the Aston Martin Vantage is revered by many. The company has now revealed an all-new version of the model. The new Vantage takes its design inspiration from the DB10 concept, the car exclusively created to be James Bond’s partner of choice in the movie Spec- tre. Sporting an imposing stance, the company believes that the aerodynamic performance was central to the design process of the new Vantage. As expected, the cabin is designed to be healthy mix of premium as well as modern. The new Vantage draws its power from a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which develops 503bhp and 650Nm of torque, giving it the ability to do the 0-100kmph dash in 3.6 seconds straight. It will also be the first Aston in history to get an electronic rear differential to control how much power goes to which wheel. Tech advancements include a new adaptive damping technology.
