MeRcedes CLS

-

The third-generation Mercedes-Benz CLS borrows the drop-dead gorgeous fastback styling from its 2004 forefather and everything else from the current E-Class, from its platform to the interiors. With regards to driver assistance systems, you'll see a lot more similarity to the S-Class though, with semi-autonomous capabilities as standard including emergency brake assist, lane assist, adaptive cruise control and more. Powertrains will start with 3-litre diesels, mated to all-wheel drive. In addition, there's a new 3-litre inline six-cylinder petrol engine with 362bhp and mild hybrid tech in the CLS450. Where it will stand out is in being a genuine five-seater, with a dedicated middle seat in the rear.
