Helmets save lives

UNDERSTANDING THE importance of safety on Indian roads, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd also wrapped up the National Road Safety Week drive by educating over 70,000 people about the importance of using a helmet. Working in collaboration with SIAM-SAFE (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers-Society of Automotive Fitness and Environment) the company as a part of their CSR trained road safety instructors at 12 traffic training parks. Activities like riding trainer stimulator sessions, safety quiz and safety pledge were conducted in collaboration with schools, colleges as well as corporates. There was also a specially designed training module on importance of helmets and other aspects of road usage.
