VERDICT

Unlike what we’ve seen with many other cars that are average at everything and don’t really excel in any one way, the Yaris does so when it comes to safety and comfort. It does have its flaws though. We wish the engine had more punch and rear headroom was better. It’s a good choice for someone looking for a safe, dependable (if plain) car. With the recently announced pricing making the Yaris the most expensive B-segment sedan to buy, it has its work cut out for it.
