VERDICT

The Freestyle is a good attempt by Ford to fill in the blanks. The CUV will slot above the Figo and below the Aspire. Quite a lucrative position. Though the company needs to price it right.

The Freestyle looks the part thanks to the chunky wheels and we appreciate the properly useable roof rails. Thumbs up for safety features like six airbags and TCS. Sure it does miss out on some features offered by the competition in the same segment, but it also offers plenty that others don’t.
