New Maruti Ciaz rolled out
THE LAUNCH of the upgraded Ciaz has been on the cards for a while and therefore it isn’t surprising that Indian carmaker Maruti-Suzuki revealed the face-lifted version. Though Auto Today has covered the overall experience, drive and feel of the new sedan in our First Drive segment this issue, here we point out the functional details like variants, prices and colour availability. To begin with the sedan will be sold through Maruti-Suzuki’s Nexa dealerships, and will be available in petrol, diesel and automatic options and with a new 1.5 litre K15 petrol engine. It will be available in colour options like Met Premium Silver (new), Met Magma Grey (new), Pearl Met Dignity Brown, Pearl Snow White, Pearl Sangria Red and Pearl Midnight Black. You can choose between four colour options Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha, the starting price of the base model (Sigma) stands at Rs 8.19 lakh and the top most variant Alpha is available at Rs 10.97 lakh (ex Bangalore).
