VERDICT

The new engine feels good and is claimed to be more efficient. However it is the automatic gearbox which fails to excite. The company should have offered a more modern one which would do justice to the system. We also liked the ride quality of the new Ciaz and I am sure passengers at the back will enjoy the same. Overall the new Ciaz surely is better value for money.
