KIA Concept SP

Kia’s launch vehicle in India will be the yet to be named SUV. The company revealed the concept version at the last Auto Expo and we know that the SUV will be based on the same platform as the Hyundai Creta. The SUV will feature typical KIA styling with a prominent ‘tiger nose’ grille, aggressively designed projector headlamps and a sporty bumper. In profile, it resembles the Creta but at the back, things are different. There is also a sport spoiler added to the package. Interiors are expected to be radically different as well. The engine line up is expected to be the same as the Creta. This means one can buy the KIA SUV with a 1.6-litre petrol or a 1.6-litre and 1.4-litre diesel. Both manual and automatic transmissions will be offered.
