Kawasaki lights up the festive season

KAWASAKI HAS introduced three updates to its range of sport-naked motorcycles. The updates are for the Z650, Versys 650 and the Z900 and the prices for these are Rs 5.29 lakh, Rs 6.69 lakh and Rs 7.68 lakh ex-showroom respectively. The Z650 only gets new body graphics as part of the update, while everything else remains the same albeit in-line

with the styling of the larger Z models. The Versys 650 too sees no mechanical changes, instead comes with a new paint scheme in black and green highlights for the front and rear panels while the fuel tank is finished in grey. The Versys 650 is now available in three colour options including Metallic Moondust Grey/Ebony, Pearl Flat Stardust White/Metallic Spark Black and Metallic Flat Spark Black/Metallic Spark Black. Power on the Z650 comes from the same 649cc 8-valve, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin DOHC engine tuned for 67bhp and 66Nm. The Versys

650 derives its power from the same 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine tuned to produce 67.4bhp and 64Nm of peak torque. The 948cc engine on the Z900 has been tuned to produce 123.3bhp and 98.6Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
