Smashing new Enfield revealed
Royal Enfield in the recent times is a company which looks completely transformed. They are looking at moving away from the tried and tested Classic models and creating new bikes ground up. The ‘Twins’ as they are calling it look and work like clockwork. But it seems there is more brewing within the company and we got a taste of the same in form of the V-Twin KX Bobber. The concept is said to be inspired by the 1938 KX model which also came with a V-Twin motor back in the day. The concept features rather sensuous cruiser design and comes with girder forks up front which looks period correct. At the back the monoshock is hidden below the seat to give the concept the look of a hard tail. Other modern touches include LED head and tail lights and a fully digital instrument panel. The fat rear tyre comes courtesy Maxxis tyres. The motor in question is an 1140cc V-Twin which is air and oil cooled. Now for the bad news! Royal Enfield says that this a Concept, and will remain a concept.
