JLR open bookings for new Defender

JAGUAR LAND Rover announced the opening of bookings for the iconic Defender SUV in the country and also announced the price of the 4x4 SUV. The new Defender will retail for Rs 69.99 lakh (ex showroom, India) and will be offered in both 90 (3 door) and 110 (5 door) body styles. The deliveries for the new Defender starts from August this year and is brought to India via the Completely Built Unit (CBU) route. The new Defender will be offered in five variants across both 90 and 110- Base, S, SE, HSE, and First Edition. Powering the new Defender is a 2.0-litre petrol mill that develops 300bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque.
