Hero electric Ae-29

Aside from their headliners, Hero Electric also showcased another more mass-market electric scooter, that is codenamed AE-29. The low-speed electric has a claimed top speed of 55kmph and can be fully charged in under 4 hours. Following which the scooter promises a range of 80km. The AE 29 is being touted as Hero Electric’s first IOT enabled scooter with features like Bluetooth connectivity, anti-theft smart lock, mobile charger, mobile app, digital instrument cluster, walk assist and reverse facility. Like most of the electric scooters on sale the AE 29 will also come with all LED treatment for lighting and disc brakes and both ends. Hero Electric are yet to confirm a launch timeline but expect to see the AE 29 in production form sometime over the course of this year.
