Fun was the mantra

Every time Mahindra impresses us with a rather unique concept car. This time round it was the Funster. ‘Play-for-fun’ is the core experience that personifies Funster, a ‘sports electric vehicle’. It enables seamless acceleration, available at a press of the throttle. With its dual electric motors and full-time AWD system, Funster offers a class leading output of 308bhp with a top speed of 200kmph, clocking 0 to 100kmph in a breath-taking 5 seconds.

Funster is equipped with a high end 59.1kWh battery pack, enabling an impressive range of 520km on a single charge.

The techy front end, floating tail lamps, sportsshoe inspired wheel arches and advanced interiors express an active sporty lifestyle as the new norm. So the question is that is it going into production? Not a chance we say. But we will be rather happy if we were wrong.
