BMW brings in X6 coupe SUV
BMW HAS launched the new X6 coupe-SUV in India. The X6 will be available in two petrol variants and is priced at Rs 95 lakh (exshowroom). The X6 now looks even more aggressive, has grown in size, and packs in more features than before, to compete with Porsche Cayenne Coupe and Audi Q8. The third-gen X6 comes in two variants - X6 xDrive40i xLine and X6 xDrive40i M Sport, and comes with double barrel full-LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, automatic headlights function, and new LED foglamps. It features a set of 20-inch star-spoke style M light alloy wheels. The rear section features sleek, wraparound LED tail-lamps, sculpted boot lid, and a beefy bumper with heavy cladding. The new X6 is longer by 26mm, wider by 15mm than the previous model. The wheelbase too increases by 42mm, while the height is reduced by 6mm. The cabin has been updated as well and comes with two 12.3-inch displays, four-zone climate control, and multifunctional power seats with massage function. The new BMW X6 is a petrol-only SUV and gets one engine option - a turbocharged 3.0-litre, in-line six-cylinder petrol mill tuned to make 335bhp and 450Nm, coupled with an 8-speed Steptronic automatic.
