VERDICT

With every iteration, Hyundai has been able to improve on the Verna’s intrinsic value in the sedan space. This BS6 version is no exception, it is objectively better than the car that it replaces, without really alienating what the Verna is. The steering is notably improved, especially in our diesel test car. The interior MIDI system is futuristic and adds a premium feel to the cockpit and most importantly even though it is down on power, the feel of performance hasn’t changed all that much.
