New scheme for Carnival buyers

-

KIA INDIA rolled out the ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for new Carnival buyers that allows them to return the MPV within 30 days of making the purchase if not pleased with it. On returning the Carnival, the buyers will get 95 per cent of the ex-showroom price and overhead costs incurred. Valid on all variants of the Carnival, the new scheme allows buyers with a unique proposition to test the vehicle for a month or for 1,500km (whichever comes first), from the date of purchase and is free from “damages, failures and pending claims”. However, only the owner of the vehicle will be able to return the MPV with proper documents and an NOC from the financer. The scheme is a first of its kind to be offered on new vehicles in India.
