Updated Aprilia RS 125 gets sporty design

THE NEW Aprilia RS 125 is the smallest iteration of the RSV-4, and was very recently introduced in international markets as a 2021 model. The design takes cues from the litre-class superbike and the more recently launched RS 660 and, encases a tiny 125cc engine within it. Sleek, sharp headlamps, full fairing, exposed aluminium frame and swingarm no less, the RS 125 looks every bit a supersport. Full digital dash, all-LED lighting, Aprilia hasn’t cut any corners with the RS 125 and we absolutely dig the styling. With the latest mechanical updates, the RS 125 now makes 15bhp at 10,000rpm and 11.2Nm at 8,000rpm, all going to the 140 section rear tyre via a 6-speed gearbox. A backlit, fully digital instrumentation supplies a wealth of information including a fuel gauge, instantaneous and average consumption and, remaining range.
