ATHER 450X

Ather is one company which since inception has been creating rather futuristic electric scooters. Its latest is the 450X, which features a sharp and sporty design unlike anything else. While the 450X sports LED lights all around, it also features a touch screen information system which is OTA update

ready. The scooter also looks cool with the exposed subframe and so on. The Ather 450X is powered by a 6kW electric motor which churns out 26Nm of torque. The 2.9kWh lithium ion battery pack can propel the scooter to 40kmph in just 3.3 seconds. The battery has multiple charging options. It takes 5 hours and 45 minutes to gain full charge while 80 per cent can be replenished in 3 hours 35 minutes. There is a fast charge option as well. Ather will also install a charging dock at home if the owner decides to do so. The Ather 450X is priced at Rs 1.46 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and connectivity features can be
