Aprilia introduces baby SXR

PIAGGIO INDIA launched the new Aprilia SXR 125 maxi-scooter at Rs 1.14 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Based on the SXR 160, the SXR 125 is the more affordable of the two, and takes on the Suzuki Burgman 125. It shares most of the design elements from its elder sibling, and yet holds on to its sporty credentials with Aprilia’s signature graphics paired with trim inserts along with dark chrome elements, honeycomb grille, air dams and chrome garnished exhaust. The sporty nature is complemented by the contours and sporty bumpers in front. The wraparound LED headlights are new, flanked by a front indicator blinker, and a high-beam at the centre. The same design is carried to the back as the LED taillights gets integrated rear blinkers. The 5-spoke 12-inch alloy wheels look sharp with the red accents.
