Yamaha Fascino goes hybrid

APART FROM launching the neo-retro styled motorcycle, Yamaha India also unveiled the Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid which has been updated with a host of new features along with a hybrid engine and new colours to choose from. The prices will be announced sometime later this month. The Fascino is now powered by a 125cc mild-hybrid engine, which provides a three second boost. It generates the same 8bhp and 10.3Nm as the previous model. The smart hybrid system benefits with a silent start and startstop system as well. Updated features include LED headlight, with a bar type LED DRL running across the center, while the V-shaped taillight cluster gets an LED light instead this time. It also gets a new, Bluetooth enabled full-digital dash. There’s been no increase in the 99kg kerb weight.
