Yes Bank appoints Uberoi, Adlakha

Yes Bank has appointed Rajeev Uberoi and Anurag Adlakha to senior positions in the Bank. Uberoi, who was formerly in charge of legal and audit at IDFC First Bank, will be responsible for management governance, compliance, vigilance, legal (general counsel), company secretarial and control functions at the bank. Adlakha, who was CFO for Jana Small Finance Bank, will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the bank.
