UCO Bank to in­tro­duce chat­bot

UCO Bank is plan­ning to im­ple­ment chat­bots or AI-based in­tel­li­gent vir­tual as­sis­tants (IVAs)to help the bank to im­prove its ser­vices and en­hance cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion. The sys­tem is also ex­pected to im­prove prod­uct of­fer­ings. The bank is look­ing to im­ple­ment an end-toend so­lu­tion with fea­tures ca­pa­ble of im­prov­ing cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence by open­ing a new av­enue of out­reach by the cus­tomer which shall even­tu­ally re­sult in en­hanced cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion. The bank will tar­get to get a more spe­cific cus­tomer feedback that can help in im­prov­ing its ser­vices. The bank will im­ple­ment the project in phases - Phase 1 com­pris­ing non-fi­nan­cial ser­vices and Phase II in­volv­ing fi­nan­cial ser­vices.
