UCO Bank to introduce chatbot
UCO Bank is planning to implement chatbots or AI-based intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs)to help the bank to improve its services and enhance customer satisfaction. The system is also expected to improve product offerings. The bank is looking to implement an end-toend solution with features capable of improving customer experience by opening a new avenue of outreach by the customer which shall eventually result in enhanced customer satisfaction. The bank will target to get a more specific customer feedback that can help in improving its services. The bank will implement the project in phases - Phase 1 comprising non-financial services and Phase II involving financial services.
