Jairam Sridharan leaves Axis Bank
Jairam Sridharan, CFO at Axis Bank has resigned. The bank said in a statement he has left the bank to pursue other career opportunities. He will continue with the bank for a period of 3 months. Sridharan joined Axis Bank in June 2010 from Capital One Financial, a US bank. He has also worked with ICICI Bank. He became CFO of the bank in October 2015. Prior to that, he was president of retail lending and payments and was responsible for driving growth in the retail lending and payments businesses comprising retail lending products, cards business and the agriculture and rural lending business.
