BFSI companies have always indicated that they received great support from IT companies, especially in times of crisis, so that they could keep their operations normal, their customers happy and satisfied. Banking Frontiers queried CEOs of select BFSI-focussed IT companies and fintechs to understand how they are re-inventing themselves from employee and customer perspectives so that their innovative models stay relevant.
