UBI to implement omni-channel digital solution
United Bank of India is implementing an omni-channel digital banking solution with focus on mobile devices but not ruling out other form factors like desktops, tablets, kiosks and ATMs. The solution will have modules for retail as well as corporate clients. The bank will provide hardware and OS for the system. The selected service provider will be required to provide a mobile application development platform for customizing the proposed solution and development of unlimited number of bank’s mobile applications.
