NPCI looking for CRM and chat­bot so­lu­tion

NPCI is im­ple­ment­ing a CRM and chat­bot so­lu­tion for its prod­ucts, in­clud­ing *99#, AePS, BBPS, BHIM, BHIM Aad­haar, CTS, IMPS, etc. NPCI wants a so­lu­tion that is ca­pa­ble of cap­tur­ing the voice of the cus­tomer and man­ag­ing to of­fer an­swers to queries, in­clud­ing com­plaints. Be­sides, it ex­pects the so­lu­tion to be work­ing in close co­or­di­na­tion with NPCI/its stake­hold­ers and es­tab­lish NPCI as cus­tomer cen­tric and man­age the on­line rep­u­ta­tion for NPCI. The said ob­jec­tive has to be achieved on so­cial me­dia, on­line space, app store, Play­store etc. by be­ing re­spon­sive to all cus­tomers. The idea is to de­ploy chat­bots on var­i­ous plat­forms of NPCI and its prod­ucts like RuPay, BHIM, BBPS, etc and use CRM tool as re­sources for man­ag­ing cus­tomers and for re­spond­ing on all plat­forms, such as Face­book, Twit­ter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Play­store and App Store and other plat­forms on which NPCI is not present like blogs, ar­ti­cles and other me­dia.
