Passionate about Customising Bikes
I have a passion for customising motorcycles. I have customised a Suzuki Shogun into a café racer. Most of it was hand-fabricated, designed and assembled in my room. The chassis is stock but modified slightly to suit the body style. No major modification to the Suzuki Shogun engine, though. The bike has disc brakes for both the front and rear wheels from the Apache RTR. There is a custom-made rear wheel hub with H30 alloy aluminium to accommodate the rear disc. The front inverted fork is imported which I picked up from a used parts seller. The tail-lamp is machined and hand-finished from solid transparent acrylic with LED strips. Both the speedometer and tachometer housings are custom-made from a Teflon rod. The handlebars are made of high-grade H30 aluminium. The whole tank and seat assembly is integrated into a single piece and is mounted with only two bolts.
All bolts used are Allen key and chromeplated
