Dan Kneen (30) Kneen, a local hero and wellknown TT racer, was unfortunately involved in an accident that occurred on 30 May during the evening practice session. Kneen was involved in a crash that turned out to be fatal. He had finished on the Superstock podium last year after putting in a 130.347-mph (209.773km/h) lap. He bettered his own personal best time this year by doing a 132.258-mph (212.849-km/h) lap a day before the mishap. Dan had also competed in the British Superbike Championship, Ulster Grand Prix, and the Manx Grand Prix, winning thrice in the GP. We would like to convey our condolences to Dan’s partner, Leanne, his family, and friends.

Adam Lyon (26) A very young and talented rider, Adam Lyon was one of the most promising faces on the Road racing circuit. He was a newcomer to the TT and, according to his Facebook posts, he was quite passionate about racing at the mountain course. Adam was competing in the Supersport race one when he met with an accident wherein he sustained head injuries. Unfortunately, the youngster succumbed to his injuries later on. Our heartfelt condolences to Adam’s family and friends. May Adam and Dan rest in peace.
