Indian Unveil Smaller Scout Sixty Bobber
HARLEY-DAVIDSON AREN’T the only prominent American bike-makers to take the covers off a new bobber, because Indian have got in on the act too. They have taken the same approach to this new bike as they did with the Scout Sixty, plonking in their 1,000-cc liquid-cooled V-twin into a downsized version of the Scout Bobber. The engine produces 78 hp and 88 Nm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. All those common Bobber tropes like chopped fenders, a low-slung stance, and minimalist design cues are present and correct here as well. We expect the Scout Sixty Bobber to be priced around Rs 11-12 lakh as well, perfectly primed to take the fight to the new Harley.
