How we got Leh’d
My urge to get Leh’d had its origin long back, in 2008, after watching the hindi film, which cinematically depicted the serene beauty of the place. nothing could deter me in spite of the initial struggle to hunt for fellow riders or the sudden lower back injury. i decided 2019 was the year to hit the road.
thus, eight ordinary individuals rode through the snowcapped mountains and green valleys of srinagar, sonmarg, and Kargil. Biking for a rough stretch of 425 km (or “getting Leh’d”), we had the pleasure of traversing one of the most picturesque places in the world.
