Armed with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Padova University in Italy, Diego Graffi began his career in the automotive industry with Aprilia and FIAT. Prior to shifting to Piaggio management, he also held a senior position at Moto Guzzi, where he monitored motorcycle production. Once he joined Piaggio, Graffi was assigned the responsibility of head of production and purchase division of the two- and three-wheeler businesses in Italy and South-East Asia.
