Two Kawasaki Models Teased

INDIA KAWASAKI MOTORS HAVE TEASED two motorcycles on their social media channels. One of them is the BS6-compliant Ninja 300, their most popular model in our market. Apart from the cleaner engine, the company has spruced up the style quotient with new body decals but the overall design remains unchanged from the BS4 version. Powering it is a BS6 296-cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin which, like earlier, should produce 39 hp and 27 Nm. Hopefully, Kawasaki will also include LED headlamps and smartphone connectivity, and could carry a sticker of a little over Rs 3 lakh (exshowroom).

The other model teased remains a mystery as we went to print but it’s likely to be the 2021 Ninja ZX-10R which was unveiled in November 2020 globally. Fingers crossed!
