2021 MV Agusta F3 Rosso and Rush 1000 Revealed
MV AGUSTA’S MIDDLEWEIGHT SPORT BIKE, THE F3 800, FINALLY SEES Euro 5 compliance and a host of other updates. These include a fullcolour TFT dash, IMU-dependent rider aids, and this blood-red Rosso colourway. The 798-cc triple is still a screamer, making its peak 147 hp at a lofty 13,000 rpm, while maximum torque is 88 Nm at 10,100 rpm.
MV Agusta have also revealed the Rush 1000, the limited-edition version of their Brutale 1000 super naked. Only 300 units of this exquisite motorcycle will be built. It is powered by a 998-cc in-line four that makes 208 hp at 13,000 rpm, which can be pushed up to 212 hp at 13,600 rpm with the optional race kit. The IMU-based safety systems and other electronics can be set up via the new 5.5-inch full-colour TFT dash that also offers Bluetooth connectivity. The bike is built around a chromium-molybdenum steel trellis frame with semi-active Öhlins suspension at both ends.
The 2021 Rush 1000 is priced at €38,000 (about Rs 33.5 lakh) in international markets and, with MV Agusta still looking for an Indian partner, it’s doubtful whether we’ll see one on our streets anytime soon.
